DETAILED ITINERARY
Day 01. Arrival in Bishkek (800m/2,625 ft)-Drive to Karakol (1,700m/5,577ft),
Upon arrival at Manas International Airport, you will be greeted by your guide and driven along the scenic northern shore of Issyk-Kul Lake to Karakol, a historic town nestled at the base of the Terskey Alatau range. In the evening, you’ll meet the trek team, review equipment, and enjoy a welcome dinner.

Day 02.Transfer to Karakol Valley, Trek to Sirota Camp (2,800m/9,186ft), 4–5 hours
After breakfast, drive to the starting point in Karakol Valley. Begin trekking through dense pine forest, alpine pastures, and alongside the rushing Karakol River. The trail ascends gradually until reaching the forested Sirota Camp, a beautiful location for your first night under the stars.

Day 03. Trek to Ala-Kul Lake (3,560m/11,680 ft),Cross Ala-Kul Pass (3,860m/12,660ft) – Descend to Keldike Gorge (3,100 m/10,170ft), 6-7 hours
Begin a steep ascent through rocky terrain leading to the stunning Ala-Kul Lake, an alpine gem surrounded by jagged snow-capped peaks. After resting at the lake’s shore, continue climbing to the Ala-Kul Pass. From the top, enjoy dramatic views of the Terskey Alatau range, Djigit Peak, and even distant peaks like Pobeda and Khan Tengri (weather permitting). Carefully descend into the beautiful Keldike Gorge and set up camp.

Day 04. Trek to Altyn Arashan Valley (2,500m/8,200ft), 4-5 hours – Natural Hot Springs
Descend through forest and alpine meadows into the idyllic Altyn Arashan Valley, known for its lush landscapes and riverside hot springs. In the afternoon, soak in natural thermal pools while surrounded by pine trees and mountains. Option to stay in a cozy yurt for a traditional Kyrgyz experience.

Day 05. Hike or 4×4 Transfer to Ak-Suu (1,700m/5,577ft),Return to Karakol, 3-4 hours walking or 1.5 hours by jeep
In the morning, either continue on foot for a 3-4 hour scenic trek to Ak-Suu village or take a thrilling 4×4 jeep transfer down the rugged trail. Upon arrival in Karakol, enjoy a short city tour including the Russian Orthodox church, Dungan Mosque, and local market.

Day 06. Drive to Bishkek (Optional Sightseeing Tour)
Return to Bishkek via the southern shore of Issyk-Kul Lake. Once in the capital, take an optional guided city tour including Ala-Too Square, Osh Bazaar, and the Victory Monument. In the evening, enjoy a farewell dinner with traditional Kyrgyz cuisine.

Day 07. Final Departure
